Fitness Classes

Join instructor Melissa Smith in a physique transforming class that blends strength, bodyweight, interval and core training. Outdoor training may be included as weather allows. Class sessions may be station based.

Monday: 6:00-6:50 pm

Classes are free to YMCA members.
Non-members: Single class $7 | Package of 8 classes $40

Childcare is available!
$2 for the first child | +$1 for each additional child

Define and refine the body using dumbbells, body bars, kettlebells, medicine balls and body weight to efficiently work the entire body during each class session.
