The YMCA of Kanawha Valley has a variety of rooms and facilities available for community rental. From conference rooms to our heated indoor pool to gymnasium space, the Y has accessible space for individuals and groups to rent.

To inquire about a party, overnight, or facility rental email rentals@ymcaofkv.org anytime or call Monday-Friday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Parties are two-hours packages that include one hour in the pool and one hour in the party room.

Noffsinger room & Pool: Seats 40

member $80 | non-member $130

East Gym & Pool:

member $100 | non-member $150

Anything over 30 children is an additional $5.00 per person.

Overnight rentals allows your event exclusive access to the facility including the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, the multi-purpose room and much more!*

10:00 pm – midnight:

Less than 150 people: $250 + $3 per youth attending
More than 150 people: $300 + $3 per youth attending

10:00 pm – 2:00 am:

Less than 150 people: $350 + $3 per youth attending
More than 150 people: $400 + $3 per youth attending

10:00 pm – 6:00 am:

Less than 150 people: $500 + $3 per youth attending
More than 150 people: $600 + $3 per youth attending

*Pool is open until 2:00 am. Overnight events do not include access to the fitness center.

CROSS LANES YMCA

Facility Rentals are only available outside of regular childcare programming hours which are Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Multi-Purpose Room
Two (2) hour minimum

  • $40 per hour
  • Additional $15 cleaning fee
  • Includes use of tables and chairs
  • Includes 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up
  • Food and drinks are welcome

Indoor Playground
 One (1) hour minimum

  • $25 per hour
  • Additional $15 cleaning fee
  • Includes use of tables and chairs
  • Includes 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up
  • Food and drinks are not permitted 

School Age Room
One (1) hour minimum

  • $25 per hour

Includes Multi-Purpose Room and Indoor Playground

  • Three (3) hour minimum
  • $60 per hour

  • Food and drink are not permitted in the Indoor Playground

**Additional set-up and clean-up time is available with a charge of $15 per 15 minutes.**
