The YMCA offers a team of highly qualified personal trainers available to optimize your time, energy and exercise routine. Our trainers have a variety of specialties and can provide you with a personalized, functional, and effective workout. We offer one-on-one, training for two, and small group personal training packages.
Trainers will work out with you and answer any questions you might have concerning your program. Your sessions include large amounts of motivation.
If you are interested in personal training and do not have an instructor assigned to you, please view the Personal Training Request and Apply for Personal Training. A staff members will contact you within 48 hours to set you up with a certified personal trainer
