Sunrise Spin: Sunrise spin is a phenomenal 45 minute cardio blast. A high-energy, low lighting ride, set to different genre’s and themed music, catered to all levels, meant to tone, build muscle, and improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Hills n’ Thrills: Get ready to “up” your spin game by building cardiovascular strength and endurance, as the bike simulates outdoor terrains - hills, more hills, rocks, roots, and flats.

Spinnervals: Get ready to sprint, “jump” and climb in this 45 minute spin class that utilizes the Lemond Revmaster Pro bike. The time will fly by as you ride to great music and get your heart pumping while building strength and endurance.

Camp Cycle: Boot camp on a bike is a class full of interval training. We work on strength and speed all the while listening to fun music. I encourage my participants to sing, count and yell. Join us for a great ride!!
